👁️🗨️ FRESH CUT: Peripheral Vision Imperial Hazy IPA, 8.2% 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒘𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑲𝒊𝒘𝒊 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒓𝒊 𝑺𝒖𝒏, 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝑺𝒐𝒇𝒕 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆, 𝑭𝒖𝒏𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 Collaboration is about trading tricks and pushing boundaries, and for this one, we teamed up with Brasserie du-Bas Canada, to go all in using their preferred Weyermann malt while adopting their dry-hop schedule and rates. Redefining the limits of hop impact, central to our shared vision was @freestylehops Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Citra and Citra Cryo. Together they bend light into a silky smooth 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒑 with notes of kiwi, strawberry, mixed berries, and a hint of diesel, all resting on a swirl of peach soft serve. Don’t let this one slip into your blind spot, it’s a rare opportunity to try a fresh brew in the style of la belle province. Taproom exclusive until Monday.
