Here’s to the people behind every service, and to everything still to come. It takes a village. Five years of Michelin recognition is something we’re incredibly proud of, but what means the most is the people we’ve built this place with. The cooks, dishwashers, bartenders, servers, hosts and managers who show up, look out for one another and give their best to this place every day. Some have been here since the beginning, others have joined along the way. All of them have helped shape Published into what it is today. We’re proud of what we’ve built together, and we wouldn’t be here without them.
