An unforgettable evening at @hawthorndiningroom , nestled inside the iconic @fairmontpalliser From beautifully plated starters and perfectly executed mains to exquisite desserts and handcrafted cocktails, every course was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. But what made the experience truly exceptional was the impeccable service: attentive, genuine, and perfectly paced from beginning to end. As someone who appreciates aesthetics as much as taste, I loved how every plate felt like a work of art before becoming a memorable meal. A heartfelt thank you to the team at Hawthorn for such a wonderful collaboration and for creating an evening we’ll be talking about for a long time. 📍Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar, Fairmont Palliser, Calgary, Alberta #thatfairmontfeeling #makespecialhappen #finedining #fairmontpalliser #travelcontentcreator
