📍 DryMilano, Milan Two Vancouver bars. One counter. The home of the aperitivo. Monday, October 5th, during World’s 50 Best Bars week, we and our sister bar, @thekeeferbar, each took a turn behind the counter at DryMilano. Ten bars rotated through, twobarbackede, one hour each. Amber, our bar director, barbacked for us, Keefer, and our shift partners. We shared our shift with @theclementebar. Satoshi brought a version of the Ichiban highbal: Campari, watermelon and umeboshi soda, finished with a chamoy star. The Keefer Bar shared theirs with @selvaoaxaca. Bar manager Hugo Finan brought the Durian Colada: Appleton rum, Wray & Nephew, baijiu, pandan durian, citrus, coconut & tofu clarified.
