Always learning, always growing 🤍
Always learning, always growing 🤍
At @cintro_on_wellington and @lanoa.london , we deeply value continuous professional development, improvement, and team building across both restaurants.
For two full weeks, our teams, directors, and us as owners worked every day with Theresa and Chef Ito from @bluemountainsolutions .
From hands-on training to one-on-one and small-group mentorship, it was an opportunity to refine our skills and grow together.
Thank you, Theresa, for sharing your hospitality expertise and guiding thoughtful conversations around service, leadership, and the guest experience. And thank you, Chef Ito, for sharing your knowledge, creativity, and care with our teams.
For Chef Joe and Chef Kim, having Chef Ito here after working with him in Victoria was especially meaningful. 🤍
