Always learning, always growing 🤍 At @cintro_on_wellington and @lanoa.london , we deeply value continuous professional development, improvement, and team building across both restaurants. For two full weeks, our teams, directors, and us as owners worked every day with Theresa and Chef Ito from @bluemountainsolutions . From hands-on training to one-on-one and small-group mentorship, it was an opportunity to refine our skills and grow together. Thank you, Theresa, for sharing your hospitality expertise and guiding thoughtful conversations around service, leadership, and the guest experience.
